Returns & Exchange Policy
DanceMax Dancewear will accept your return or exchange of apparel that is unworn and unwashed, shoes that have not been worn, pointe shoes that have not been sewn, or defective merchandise in its original packaging and with all tags attached, by mail or in store within 30 days of the purchase and a valid receipt. We do not assume return shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
We will credit you for the return of your online purchase in the original packaging with all tags attached, received within 30 days of the purchase for the price paid, either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange.

For returns received outside of the return window, we will issue a store credit less a 10% restocking fee. Store credits are valid for one year. For gift returns that are received within 30 days of the transaction date, you will receive a Gift Card for the amount paid by the sender.
Sale items and items purchased at a bulk discount are Final Sale. Merchandise that is Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that tights and undergarments are Final Sale.
